Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated based on weight. To find out how much shipping is, add the items you would like to buy to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout to view the shipping costs and options.

For shipping within Singapore, you will have the option to choose between regular or registered postage. We will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged parcels should you not opt for registered mail.

All international orders will be shipped using Registered Airmail with a tracking number and may require a signature upon receipt.

Note that custom fees may apply for international orders. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


Delivery Time

Delivery time for orders within Singapore is generally 3-4 working days.

For Regular Postage there is no tracking number provided. For Registered Postage you are able to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your order after 4 working days, kindly contact Customer Service with your order number to retrieve your registered parcel number. Please note that the postman will leave a notification slip if there is no one at the mailing address on delivery. The notification slip will advise you how you can retrieve the parcel at the nearest post office.

Delivery time for other countries is generally within 4-14 working days.

We do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within their stipulated times. However, it may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of any potential delays. We are not responsible for any delays due to your item being held at your local customs office. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Most orders are shipped out within one working day of ordering or upon confirmation of payment.

Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your parcel reaches the country of destination. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.


Refund & Exchange Policy

Items sold are non-refundable. However, an item may be returned for an exchange if:

  • the wrong item was shipped
  • the wrong size or color was shipped
  • the item is defective

All exchanges have to be done within 30 days after delivery of parcel. The merchandise must be returned unwashed and unworn with tags accompanied by the original sales receipt. If a product is defective the new product will be shipped to you at NO additional charge. Please note that we have the right to deny exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

If your item meets the above requirements for an exchange, please contact Customer Service with your order number and reason for exchange. We will inform you of the steps to complete the exchange.
